Silverman Thompson Obtains $3.3m Judgment in Baltimore Arena Billboard Dispute

Following a trial and extensive briefing on damages, the Circuit Court for Baltimore County entered a judgment on behalf of Silverman Thompson’s client Arena Ventures against SMG Holdings, LLC. The case involved a complaint by Baltimore Blast owner and former arena operator Ed Hale over a dispute with the new arena operator over air rights of arena signage. Mr. Hale’s company is represented by Silverman Thompson partner Ramsay Whitworth.
