Silverman Thompson is Co-Counsel in Case in Which Second Circuit Revives Defamation Case Against Bloomberg L.P.

Steve Grygiel, a partner at Silverman Thompson, was co-counsel with Alan H. Kaufman in Friedman v. Bloomberg, LLC, in which the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit reversed in part a district court’s finding that a former executive of a Dutch hedge fund, Dan Friedman, could not proceed to trial on a defamation claim against news giant Bloomberg.
