STSW Attorneys, Chaitra Gowda and Kerri Smith, Recognized for Work with Maryland Legal Aid’s Pro Bono Program

Maryland Legal Aid has announced that 204 volunteer attorneys provided legal assistance as part of its Pro Bono Program in 2020, including two of STSW’s own attorneys, Chaitra Gowda and Kerri Smith. Volunteer attorneys provide access to justice for low-income and marginalized Marylanders with civil legal issues.
