Federal Jury Finds for Silverman Thompson Client in Trucking Accident

After listening to four days of testimony, a federal jury awarded over $800,000.00 to a Baltimore County women injured by a commercial truck owned by Kaplan Trucking of Pennsylvania. The verdict, taken by the Honorable William D. Quarles, Jr., was nearly twice the amount offered by the defendant prior to trial. Andrew Slutkin and Jamison White were firm counsel on this case.
