A Baltimore City Jury today awarded a Missouri resident $400,000.00 against the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay Golf Resort, Spa and Marina. The jury found that the Hyatt negligent for failing to properly maintain its volleyball court and causing our client serious and permanent injury. The Hyatt offered $45,000.00 to settle the case prior to trial.
