Brian Thompson Wins Jury Trial for Client in Baltimore County

After deliberating for less than two hours yesterday, a Baltimore County jury found Silverman Thompson partner Brian Thompson’s client not guilty on all charges. Mr. Thompson’s client was facing felony 1st Degree Assault charges with a maximum sentence of 25 years of incarceration. The prosecutor’s plea offer was 16 years to serve in jail. Mr. Thompson is recognized by his peers as a Maryland Super Lawyer in the area of criminal defense.
