Silverman Thompson Finishes Runner-Up in Baltimore Lawyers Softball League

After a strong 11-1 regular season finish, Silverman Thompson finished runner-up in our second season in the Baltimore Lawyers Softball League after a 14-18 loss to Great Americans. 

This year’s Baltimore Lawyers Softball League comprised 15 teams, including local firms and government attorneys.

Participating in the league has been a great opportunity to connect with the Baltimore legal community. 

Coming off a championship season in 2023, this year proved to be a unique challenge defending the title, but our team nonetheless stepped up to the plate (literally). With an incredible showing from our players and fan section for all 15 games, the softball season was, yet again, a true highlight of our summer. 

One of our favorite parts of the softball season is the interdepartmental collaboration, with our starting lineup ranging from law clerks to staff members to senior partners.

Thank you so much to everyone who came out to support the team this summer, and after some off-season training, we’ll be ready to reclaim our championship.
