Emma Mulford is an associate in Silverman Thompson’s business litigation group.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Mulford served as a law clerk for the Honorable Andrea M. Leahy of the Maryland Court of Special Appeals. Ms. Mulford attended the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where she served as a research assistant, an executive editor of the Maryland Journal of International Law, and a student attorney representing clients in the Criminal Justice System Clinic.
Ms. Mulford previously worked as a law clerk for Silverman Thompson, from May 2018 through May 2019 before later returning as an associate. She also interned for the Honorable J. Mark Coulson of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, and for the Gun Violence Enforcement Division of the Office of the State’s Attorney for Baltimore City. While attending the University of Richmond, Ms. Mulford was selected for the Virginia Governor’s Fellows Program and assigned to the Policy Office.
