Complex Civil Litigation

Silverman Thompson routinely represents individuals and companies on both sides of the aisle in a wide array of complex litigation in federal and state courts (as well as arbitration) across the country.

Our sterling reputation has led us to be retained in Maryland and the District of Columbia as local counsel in some of the most important, innovative litigation those locales have seen in the last 20 years.

Both locally and abroad, our skill, experience, and willingness to try any cases have given clients sufficient comfort to trust us with the prosecution or defense of sophisticated litigation, such as class actions, cases involving the United States or Maryland Constitution, or MDL matters, that will have a meaningful impact not only on their bottom line, but also on society at large.
