Ilona Shparaga is a member attorney in the business and commercial litigation practice group. She represents businesses and individuals in all types of civil litigation, including financial, contract, business, trust and estates, employment, construction, and securities related disputes. Ms. Shparaga also advises on matters relating to contract interpretation, labor and employment, sexual discrimination, fiduciary duties, forced buyouts, and other corporate issues.
