Silverman Thompson Partner Steve Kelly to Introduce Governor Hogan at MD Crime Victim’s Conference

Steve Kelly, who serves as Chair of the Maryland State Board of Victim Services, will provide both welcoming remarks and introduce Maryland Governor Larry Hogan at the 2016 Maryland Crime Victim’s Conference. After the opening remarks and presentation of awards, the conference will address issues of human trafficking and domestic violence.
