Firm Wins Contested Custody Case on Behalf of Father

Silverman Thompson partner and domestic attorney Monica Scherer recently won a contested custody battle in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County. The Court awarded custody to the natural father despite the fact that the mother had physical custody for the previous nine years and the father lives outside Maryland.
