Firm Reverses 10 Year Sentence on Appeal

In the matter of State v. Campbell, today the Maryland Court of Special Appealsreversed a ruling by Baltimore County Circuit Court Judge Dana Levitz. The defendant, who was represented by another law firm at the trial level, lost a motion to dismiss for lack of probable cause and received a sentence of ten years without parole.
